Graph locations are used to display data from a single site, such as a single monitoring well or a single profile depth. All data from a location is displayed as one data set. If there are overlapping timestamps in the data, the overlapping data is averaged together into one data set.
By default, new locations are named default- followed by the instrument serial number and appear at In-Situ's headquarters in Fort Collins, CO, USA. If you have VuLink GPS uploads enabled, those locations will appear at the most recent GPS coordinates.
You can organize and filter graph locations by name or position on the map. You can also use Projects and Labels to make locations easier to find and filter.
You can rename a location, update its position on the map, add tags, and configure more settings from the Locations page.
