Learn how billing is applied to active telemetry devices

Your HydroVu account is billed for the plan you select and the number of active telemetry devices that have been claimed to your account. All HydroVu plans bill at the end of the month.

  • If you are using telemetry, your account will be charged the monthly rate times the number of active telemetry devices on your account.
  • If you have no active telemetry devices, your account will be charged the monthly rate.
  • Invoices are generated at the end of the month. Charges will be calculated based on number of active devices and days active per device.
  • Overages will be totalized at the end of each month.
  • Detailed invoices are available to Billing Admins in the Account Management section.
  • A device that is active in Telemetry devices will be invoiced for, even if it has not uploaded anything.

To stop billing on a VuLink, deactivate it on the Telemetry page.

You can change your account plan or update your overage settings from the Account Management page.
