Deactivate a VuLink

Stop billing and service on a telemetry device

1. Log in to your HydroVu Account.

You must be an account administrator to deactivate a VuLink.

2. Go to the Telemetry Page.

3. Locate the telemetry device you want to deactivate and click Deactivate.

4. Service and billing are stopped for this VuLink. Your next invoice may include charges for this device, depending on when it was deactivated.
