Manage Telemetry Overages

Configure billing when telemetry devices reach their data limit

Data overages are calculated for each telemetry device based on the settings you have selected for your account. Overage settings apply to all telemetry devices on your account. Data is not shared between devices.

If you have overages enabled and a device exceeds the data limit, an additional block of data will be added for that device only.

If you have overages disabled, each device will stop uploading new data for the remainder of the month when it reaches the data limit.

Overages will be totalized at the end of the month, and details will be included on your invoice.

You can choose how telemetry overages are handled on your account from the Billing section of the Account Management page. You must be a billing administrator to view and edit these settings. These settings can be adjusted at any time.
