Pre-payment codes let you apply credit to your HydroVu account during setup. You can purchase a pre-payment code through your In-Situ sales representative.
Apply a Pre-Payment Code
Log in to your HydroVu account.
Click your Company Name in the top menu bar.
In the Pre-Payment Codes box, click Go. .png)
Enter the numeric code or scan the QR code with your webcam. 
Click Claim.
If you have any outstanding invoices, the credit will immediately apply to that. Any remaining balance will be used on future invoices.
View Pre-Payment Balance and Codes
You can view your current pre-payment balance. 
You can also view previously claimed codes.
