HydroVu Billing and Payments

You can manage your billing and payment information directly in your HydroVu account.

Go to Account Management in your HydroVu account.

Under Billing and Payments, click Go.

From this page, you can:

Update payment information.

Enable or disable overages. Note: If you disable overages mid-billing cycle, any overages already accrued will still be invoiced.

 

Review billing history and invoices.

Change your currency. Important: If charges are accrued in the incorrect currency, please contact AR@in-situ.com to resolve.

 

Invoices are sent either to the Senior Billing User or the email address listed in the Billing and Shipping Addresses section.
