1. Log in to your HydroVu Account.
You must be an account administrator to unclaim a VuLink.

2. Go to the Telemetry Page.

3. Locate the telemetry device you want to deactivate and click Unclaim.

4. Service and billing are stopped for this VuLink. You may receive a prorated account credit for unused time in the billing cycle, depending on when the VuLink was deactivated.
